   All artwork on wieth.com is the original creation and intellectual property of Richard D. Wieth Artist. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

2. Product Descriptions:
   We strive for accuracy in all artwork descriptions and images. Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.

3. Order Acceptance:
   Order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. Orders are subject to availability and may be declined at our discretion.

4. Payment:
   We accept credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and manual payments. Manual payment arrangements must be made directly with Richard Wieth.

5. Shipping:
   Artwork ships via Standard Ground UPS unless otherwise arranged. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. For special shipping requests, contact us before purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability:
   We are not liable for damages arising from use of the site or issues during shipping. Inspect your order upon delivery and notify us promptly of any concerns.

7. User Conduct:
   Users must not misuse the site or infringe on copyrights. Fraudulent or abusive behavior will result in termination of access.

8. Privacy:
   Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law:
   These terms are governed by the laws of Idaho, USA.
